Craig & Amanda's Wedding : Sneak Peek : Part 2

I was so overwhelmed with the fantastic feedback we received yesterday from Part 1 of Amanda & Craig's wedding that I am so excited to post the rest of the wedding! Their ceremony was held at Saint Mary's Cathedral - my favourite ceremony location in Perth! It is so beautiful and so amazing for photos, a few years ago I was lucky enough to photograph the very first wedding held there since they reopened, which was such a great experience.

Craig & Amanda - thank you for allowing us to share in your beautiful day and capture so many memories.

It was such a beautiful day and the entire bridal party was so fabulous to work with. The girls looked stunning in their blush pink gowns.

One of the reasons why I love Saint Mary's Cathedral so much, is that it is perfect for creating romantic and moody images - which is one of my favourite things! After we left Saint Mary's we headed straight to the Burswood, where Amanda and Craig had an amazing private suite. The Burswood is also one of my favourite places for creating amazing images!

Amanda & Craig's reception was held in two of the Astral Ballrooms at the Burswood, the event was styled and designed by the amazingly talented Brigitte from Bridal Creations. The room looked amazing and the entire night was fantastic, with Craig giving one of the best Groom's speeches that I have ever heard!

Craig & Amanda's Wedding : Sneak Peek Part 1 : Groom & Bride Coverage

As I have been mentioning in my blogs this week, on Saturday I photographed the beautiful wedding of Craig and Amanda. It was such an amazing day and we created so many stunning images that I will be posting this wedding in two parts. Todays post is dedicated to the Grooms Preparation and the Brides Preparation, while tomorrows post will be all about the ceremony at Saint Mary's Cathedral, the location shoot and the stunning reception in the Astral Ballrooms at The Burswood.

Photographing Amanda & Craig's wedding day was such a pleasure for me, I got to work with some of my favourite and some of Perth's best wedding vendors! Their wedding day featured these very talented people:

We begun the day at The Burswood Resort Hotel photographing Craig's preparation. Craig was staying in one the amazing suites at the Burswood, which was like being in heaven for photos! The boys began the day with a round of golf, before the formalities began. Craig looked so fantastic and smart in his suit!

It was then off to the beautiful bride's preparation at her childhood home. Amanda looked so amazing in her gorgeous Pallas Couture Gown. But not only is she gorgeous on the outside, she is such a beautiful and kind person, which is another reason why I had such a great day photographing such a perfect couple! Working with clients like that makes my job even more amazing.

Ari Marcopoulos Camera Bag : Equipment

I AM SO IN LOVE! Last week I purchased a brand new camera bag - The "Incase - Ari Marcopoulos" Camera Bag. It is so amazing, I cannot wait to use it this weekend at the gorgeous Amanda & Craig's Wedding. I am just so excited that finally there is a modern camera bag, that isn't big and bulky and that looks like a mans outback backpack! It is super cute and even has gorgeous soft white fur like material inside! I just love everything about it and cannot wait to try it out!

Miss M's Bridal Boudoir Session : Teaser

Recently the gorgeous Miss M decided to have a Bridal Boudoir Session as a surprise gift for her fiance on their upcoming wedding day! There are so many reasons I love shooting Boudoir sessions, but the main reason is that they are such a confidence booster for all of the girls who have them done. Before the session, every girl is so nervous and self conscious, but once they see their images they are so happy and surprised by how gorgeous they actually are! It makes me so happy when the girls walk out of my studio feeling sexy and beautiful and watching all of their insecurities slip away!

Ben & Jess : E-session Teaser

Ben & Jess are such a gorgeous couple, when they are together they are just so cute to watch! We went out to photograph their E-session in Guildford at the beginning of the month - which is one of my favourite areas to photograph. There is just so many little hidden treasures in the area that are amazing for photos and that you would never even notice by just driving past! I had such a great time photographing their E-session, I found myself smiling to myself so many times during the session just watching them as they just giggle and have fun together. It was so beautiful to watch!

I have added one of my favourite images from the shoot as a little teaser. I can't wait to share the rest of their images with you all and especially to photograph their upcoming wedding!

Nathalie Louise : Flower Class

Yesterday I spent the day in the beautiful studio of Nathalie Louise, photographing her Flower Class. While I was photographing the day, I was actually invited to participate in the class and make my very own beautiful bouquet! It was such a great day and her classes are so intimate and personal! Nathalie is such a beautiful person and she goes at the perfect pace to make sure that everyone can keep up and create a gorgeous bouquet! Nathalie is about to release a schedule for her future classes in her studio in Subiaco, so I will definitely be posting the schedule once she releases it!
